Team development seminars provide a good chance both for members of new teams and of experienced teams to reflect on their work together.

Team seminars are an opportunity to develop a vision that can have a positive effect on results and job satisfaction. Here you can take stock, acknowledge your achievements, reflect on problematic issues, and work out potential for change.

Sometimes it is useful to combine team development with supervision. If your team has twelve or more members we work with two consultants.
